Again Again(en español Una y otra vez) es una canción escrita en 2006 por Team Love Child. La versión en censurada la hizo en The Fame. Gaga tocó la canción varias veces en Nueva York, en 2006, con la letra original. Uno acto de esta canción, se llevó a cabo en Knitting Factory.
Inspirada por John Lennon, después de escuchar una de sus entrevistas finales, Gaga llama "Again Again", un tributo a la canción de los Beatles, "Oh Darlin". La canción reclama notoriedad como la que inspiró su nombre artístico actual. Rob Fusari su productor y su novio, dijo que estaba "tan teatral, tan dramática, tan Freddie Mercury, tan Radio Ga Ga", mientras ella estaba grabando. Poco después, Fusari comenzó a llamarla "Gaga", en el estudio, como un apodo, para que luego agregara el prefijo de la "Lady", para darle un toque femenino.
